Tarmirinda Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tarmirinda. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and transparently. Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, timelines, and costs.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within [1–3] business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We offer the following delivery options:

Tarmirinda is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages, Lost Packages, and Issues

We take great care in packaging your items, but we understand mishaps happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at tarmirinda@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damage so we can fast-track a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office before reaching out to us.
